I am using this one as a forum. I am trying to figure out how to create the perfect life. This needs to hit a few key areas. First off is that you can’t get anywhere without making money so either fully automated income or multiple streams of income mixed with part time/ full time remote job positions. Second is automating responsibilities, I personally have a few dog that would do horribly on the water. Family members that might need you to be close geographically. And lastly purpose, Purpose is a huge one for me. I like to travel the world but I would really enjoy making the world a better place! My current daydream is to live on a sailboat and travel the world diving in every possible place I can.
The biggest obstacle to get over will be the income generation. How in the hell can you generate enough income to buy a boat, settle existing debts, and finance travel like that. Not only that but many actual jobs do not accept people that go for long stints without communication. So I have come to the conclusion that you need to have an entrepreneurs spirit. My Idea so far is to experiment with diving related things and build my own products. This way I can move to having a manufacturer build the products for me and I can sell them completely online. This of course, is easier said than done. My second stream of income is going to be a series of houses that I am fixing up. Right now I am in the middle of a fix and flip and hopefully I will be able to rent them out for a few years to build some equity in the homes. It would be great to have all of my income through rentals and pay a rental manager to take car of the day to day, and maybe some day it will be that but not within the next few years. My responsibilities are my pups right now and I am going to just live with them until they pass on and after they pass on Il leave shore.
Last thing I need to figure out is purpose. That is where this blog comes in. I hope to inform, inspire, and just help others out. In all honesty who knows where this will go but that is just life right? Things change, people change, and times change. So kiss your loved one, crack a beer and enjoy the sunset.
